To help with the transition to High School, Year 5 and 6 students take part in different activities with our local High Schools. Year 6 students also attend a transition day in Term 4 with our local primary and high schools where they are given the opportunity to learn more about their future high school as well as meet students from other schools who will be going to their high school.
